Daybreak Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Score Keeper mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Player names, scores, game history, templates, and app settings are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect non-account-linked usage data (feature usage, device type, session duration). This data is not tied to an account (the app does not support accounts), but may be associated with device or analytics identifiers and helps us improve the app.
We use Sentry to collect crash reports (error logs, device info, stack traces) and performance data to identify and fix bugs. This data is not tied to an account (the app does not support accounts), but may include device identifiers.
We may also use Sentry Session Replay to understand app performance and user flows. Replays capture in-app screens and interactions and are enabled for some devices.
We display banner ads via Google AdMob.
For EEA, UK, and Switzerland users: When you first open the app (or when ads are first loaded), you'll see a consent dialog where you can choose:
You can change this anytime in Settings → Ad Preferences.
For users outside EEA/UK/Switzerland: Personalized ads are shown by default. You can opt out in Settings → Ad Preferences.
iOS 14.5+: If you allow personalized ads, you'll also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Change ad preferences: Go to Settings → Ad Preferences → Ad Personalization
Delete your data: Uninstall the app to delete all local data. For analytics/crash data deletion, contact us.
EEA/UK users (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales (we don't sell data).
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). All analytics data is anonymous. No account creation is required.
Data may be processed in the United States where our service providers operate. For EEA/UK users, transfers comply with GDPR via Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use industry-standard security measures including secure device storage and HTTPS encryption. However, no method is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app. Check the "Last Updated" date above for the latest version.
